VITA CONDOMINIUMS - OTTAWA/ CANADA

Objective: To elaborate a proposal for a Multipurpose Development on the corner of two main streets of Hintonburg, a transforming neighborhood in the city of Ottawa - Canada.

Based on the analysis of the urban context surrounding the terrain, we developed a study of the region's needs and potentials, thus establishing the profile of the users of the building as mostly elder people who would inhabit the apartments and that there would be stores on the mains floor and a storage facility for rent. The basic design of the building passes the requirements of Ottawa City Hall and aims to maximize the building potential while exhibiting a high quality standard of excellence.

The proposal consists of a document of 78 pages that includes from a table of financing and detailed budgets of construction, Marketing material with values of sale of the apartments to the requirements of design of the work.

VITA CONDOMINIUMS also achieved a LEED GOLD Certification Seal for its positive impact on the community and the environment.
