In this work, I was challenged to build an iconic and utilitarian building for the unoccupied lot of Cândido de Abreu Avenue, 70, Curitiba - PR.

The idea came with a 40-story building that includes Hotel Suites and Office Rooms; Also an annex building concentrates high-end commercial galleries, a Convention Center and the sports complex of the Hotel.

On the top floor of the Tower, there is a 360° panoramic restaurant and an observatory. In the external space, the creation of a public plaza turns possible more interaction and harmonizes the coexistence of the building within the city. Whereas the presence of an icon in the region seeks to attract more tourists and increase the financial appearance of the Civic Center neighborhood.
