Concept: Deceleration. In the surroundings of the site it is possible to identify elements of movement of the city as: the large traffic routes, the rivers and even the skyline as a result of the movement of the different densities of the city. The Hotel is located right in between all these elements. Therefore, the purpose of the project is to value the Hotel as a place of rest seeking to bring peace of mind inside the chaos of the city.

The opportunity to contemplate the guest with panoramic views gave origin to the name of the project. The landscaping has a large permeable area and that aims to increase the surrounding green areas and improve the quality of space. The stepped shape of the building seeks to deconstruct the tower with the purpose of giving movement to it. And the landscaping was designed in a way that all the lines converge to a focal point, which is the tower itself. The 200 rooms are divided into categories: the higher the floor, the highest the category. Each division of the tower represents a category immediately above. The rooms are set around a large lobby where one can find a pleasant living area on the first floor.

The Hotel complex seeks to be a reference in hosting major national and international events, so it will feature a Convention Center and various programs to allow Curitiba to do host events of this size. Following the example of São Paulo, which hosts many fairs and exhibitions, attracting more investors and resources to the city as well as tourists.
