Objective: To prepare a proposal for a Corporate Enterprise at the intersection of two busy streets in Curitiba, Rua Visconde de Guarapuava and Avenida Mariano Torres.

 

Inspired by the concept of "urban kindness", the implementation of the building aims not only to take advantage of a  prime location, but also to contribute and positively impact the urban context, through the following premises:

- Give away green area as a public space

- Make use of wide sidewalks

- Allow the pedestrian to cut through the building

- Integrate the ground floor with the external environment

- Have a sustainable character to help preserve the environment and natural resources

- Offer urban courtesy a storage space (optimizing the use of the building and meeting the needs of users)

- Create a green terrace of public access and tourist attraction with a panoramic restaurant.
